
The Crisis Care Program is an emergency assistance stop-gap. To qualify for the Crisis Care Program, you must be an active participant in Step By Step. The program includes:

Mom's Pantry:
Request basic needs items once a month, including diapers, wipes, cleaning supplies, and feminine hygiene products.
To submit a request, text PANTRY to (855) 976-1041.

Financial Assistance:
Apply for funds to cover a bill such as rent, electric, or water. See below for application information.
Required Documentation:
- SBS Crisis Care Program Application (PDF Version) (Digital Version)
- Photo ID or proof of identity
- Income Verification, i.e., most recent pay stub
- For Housing Assistance:

- Must be in your name
- Dated and signed copy of lease agreement OR landlord letter (dated and & signed by landlord) with the client’s name, address, the move in date and monthly rent OR Rent/Mortgage Verification Form (completed and signed by landlord)
- IRS Form W-9 (must be completed and signed by landlord)

- For all other bills

- Copy of bill (must be in your name), including company name and address for payment, and full amount owed

**Remember, application does not guarantee assistance. Step By Step will make final decisions based on availability of funds and need.
